Mornin,
My 6 yr old daughter and I were going to ride lastnight. Han
noticed the old cows were out so we trailed them up to
the hills. I was very pleased with Dot! While trailing,
I could neck rein and push her shoulders where she needed
to be. I had to shut the wire gate, so I handed Han the
reins, Dot was very respectful of little Han and her pony
- MY HIGHLIGHT!!! On the way back, I trotted figure 8's
around Han and the pony - she did everything I asked. She
also picked up the proper leads!!! Grandma Susie (who is
a timid rider) even crawled up on Dot and walked her around!
As I am getting to know her new maneuvers, I am very pleasantly
surprised. You explained "keeping
her between the reins" well, and can feel when I am doing it right. I will definitely recommend you,
your talents are well worth the money - and your ability
to explain is just a bonus. Thanks!!!
I have a good colt coming up, as a weanling he has great confirmation, and a
coat is to die for - a dun leopard. I would like to put him
in the Nile Gold Buckle Sale Futurity. I would be most interested
in putting him in the Two-Year-Old Futurity, the horses are
shown in three classes – Halter, Pleasure and Reining. I
love what you have done with Dot - and would like to work
with you concerning this colt. It's down the road a bit,
but I would just like your thoughts on if you are interested,
costs involved. I would love to get him out there, he is
an awesome quality colt.
Thanks again,
Tania Goffena- Roundup, MT
